Can I track my order?
Once you receive your shipping confirmation email you can use your order tracking code to see the location of your shipment.
To receive your tracking number once your order is shipped please email our customer support team at: email@example.com
Our awesome team will reply as soon as we can with your order tracking number and the link to see order updates such as location.
Note: Items ship separately so you will receive individual tracking code for each item within your order.
When will my order arrive?
We have longer shipping times to help keep the cost of shipping and goods low for our customers and community. Our average shipping time is 10-20 days to the United States. You may receive your item much sooner but this is our average shipping times.
The delivery time depends on your location and the item you ordered. If you would like to find out a more accurate delivery estimation then you can contact our customer support team via email.

I ordered multiple items but some haven't arrived?
Don't panic! We ship all our items separately to help keep the costs of shipping low for our customers and community. If you would like to see where your other items are please read how to track your order.
What if I receive a defective or damaged item?
If your item is defective or damaged you are eligible for a refund or we can send you out another item free of charge. It's your decision, we just want you to receive an item you love!
